Clear, transparent, and fair return guidelines for vaping devices.
1. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
Electronic vaping devices can occasionally malfunction. If you receive a Disposable Vape or Pod System that is "Dead on Arrival" (not firing, leaking out of the box), you must notify us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery along with a video proof.
2. Return Eligibility
Due to the sanitary and consumable nature of e-liquids and vapes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you "did not like the flavor." Returns are strictly limited to manufacturing defects.
3. The Refund Process
If your claim is validated by our technical team:
- We will dispatch a free replacement of the exact same model/flavor with your next order.
- OR, we will initiate a direct UPI refund to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
